Implemented Remove Jump Boost from Conquest Fights

A new "meta" that is very cancerous is using tipped jump boost arrows and also splash jump boost pots on the enemy in conquest fights. This is even worse than the cross bows with weakness and personally this doesn't look good for the new people joining conquest for the first time.

Jump boost is a tactical pot that should be used outside of conquest. It has no business in conquest and therefore needs to be removed from it.

I wouldn't say it should totally be removed, but the nullifying pot could be used to get rid of it. The only issue with this is if you legitimately want to use jump boost during a fight.

For people who wanna escape from a fight you take jump boost and an elytra for a speedy getaway

But yes nullifying should probably get rid of it

I got this idea and I started it because I heard people joking saying jump boost was "the smiguy killer" i soon realized how annoying it was and made some for my town

Along with Slow Falling and Invisibility, Nullifying will now purge and prevent you receiving Jump Boost.
