Reason for ban: Accused for account sharing
The reason I wrote 'accused' in italics is because my account had 2fa enabled prior to the ban and my Microsoft account was only logged into on two known devices (phone and pc). At the time I could see my account login history and could see no login activity from Czechia (where I was accused of logging in from). Unfortunately I no longer have this evidence as Microsoft logins only appear on the security dashboard for 30 days before disappearing.
In the ticket I made, the staff member attending me was reluctant to tell me any information regarding the login, which I requested various times in order to see if my Microsoft logs lined up with with their data. The screenshot attatched demonstates this.
In conclusion, I don't have any concrete evidence to prove I wasn't account sharing, but I believe there's also no evidence that I did.
