What you think is expected of position: What is expected is to listen/read what the community wants to develop/improve about the server and work with the Elders to make these changes and ideas happen.

Why you think players should support you: The Spanish speaking community is growing to be more and more people, and with that more ideas that people can't express because most of them don't know English or can't use a translator, I have come to know a big part of the community and I would like to represent them by expressing their ideas.

When you started playing on the server: Dec 24, 2020

(Optional) A category within Loka you'd like to represent (Building, PvP, Story, etc): I would like to represent the PVE, PVP and grinding community as they are the communities I am most involved in.

Time zone: GMT-7

How often do you play (hours a day/week): 3-5 hours per day
 
+1 Eder is genuinely a great guy who I have not even once heard of ever being toxic to anybody, ideal representative for the Spanish speaking community, trustworthy, and genuinely a good role model and brother to chimi.
 
You implied that you could speak English but certain members of the community have told me that you just use a translator? If I had known this I perhaps would of changed my vote. Can you or can you not speak English?

I believe his ability to speak English with or without a translator is irrelevant, which shows that he can effectively communicate regardless of what the case may be. Adding to this, an LCR is merely supposed to be a line of communication between the players and the Elders of Loka, and the more representation to be had from people of all parts of the community (especially those who may be non-native English speakers), the better. There has yet to be an LCR to effectively communicate with any of our international communities thus far, and regardless of 3D3R's case I believe that it would be unfair to base your choice for LCR on whether or not they can speak English. It is great to see many non-native English speakers run this time, and I don't think it's fair to judge them solely on their English skills. Instead, it should be on what ideas and interests they'd be representing, along with how effectively they communicate to the Elders using their knowledge of English or a translator.

Whilst a translator can be used, Translators can often be a bit inaccurate and when an LCR would be communicating with the elders who are English speaking it would be easier to portray and emphasise ideas if he could speak English. I do like 3D3R and believe his ideas will be insightful but can if what Ive heard is true there was no need to mislead on the LCR application. Of course I have nothing against people who cant speak English thats completely fine but it would make things easier.

i remember when foxy lead a entire alliance of spanish people with google translate. also 3d3r can speak it fine i've been in vcs with him, Also he has the best grasp of english in there entire group that i've seen and is committed enough to the server
