7-Day Wait

I think the 7-Day Wait should only affect player if they have been in the town for more than 7 days.

Simplified:
If a player has been in a town for more than a week and leaves:
The player would have the ability to re-join the town.

I think the 7-day wait should at least be shortened.

That would allow players to completely bypass what the 7 day wait is supposed to stop. A user could just switch towns every 6 days or less and fight for multiple towns easily.
