We probably won't have promotions for awhile, but I'm going to start nominating a few people.

Desertdweller! A subowner (I think?) of Arvik who has been playing for a good few months. He's normally very active, loves lore, is helpful and friendly to new players, and I think he'd be a good Slicer.
