A strange temple in the sky

I was wandering around Ascalon in a small boat and saw a very unique rock formation. When more of the chunks loaded, there was not only the rock formation, there was a floating island with a narrow bridge connecting the two strange things. I walked over the unstable bridge and saw a pillar in the center of a detailed floor. When I walked to the other side, I saw something written into it.
