Suggestion Ability to disable Snowfall/Rainfall in Town tiles

Don't really see why not, I think a bunch of towns in Kalros can agree that having Snowfall practically 60%+ of the time can be really annoying when you're trying to build, and it just generally looks awful. For those who don't use OptiFine etc. ( I believe it's an OF feature?), they can't disable R.F/S.F and it lags their computers really bad.

Please take this into consideration, I want to build and make MapArt without it being covered in snow : )
