Implement in Future able to /duel other people while in someone else's town w/o builder

What you can do
-/logout (takes a minute)
-Disconnect (leaves minute npc)
-Accept other peoples duel requests (leaves minute npc)

What you can't do
-Send duel requests (would leave a minute npc)

I want to be able to send duel requests to other people while being in someone else's town.
If no, could I get clarification from someone on why people shouldn't be able to?

I'm guessing it's currently turned off to prevent people from cheesing the combat log, but I don't see why it shouldn't be implemented with a logout NPC. +1
