Suggestion Add a Botanical NPC to Spawn

There should be an NPC dedicated to selling flowers. The NPC can sell also non-tgen botanical materials such as drip leaves, lilypads, and ferns. I’m suggesting this for the following reasons:

• They are mainly just used for building and/or decorative purposes (same with the associated dyes, mostly)
• They are annoying to collect
• They aren’t produced in industries
• They can no longer be bonemealed

I've also created a skin if this NPC does get added to Loka.

Isn’t there one already? I very clearly remember there being one… Plus, you can still bonemeal tall ones, just not the short ones.

Flora was never a seller NPC also she disappeared in the xmas quest to become the penguin queen then left.

I know flowers are fancy, but this isnt really done with other hard/annoying to collect. And don't think it should with flowers
