Implement in Future Add a Gambling Machine to Spawn.

People are gonna see this and think "troll post" but I'm very serious about this.
Ever been at spawn bored waiting around for things? What if while you were waiting around there was a gambling machine built into spawn. Sure the odds are against your favour, you're wasting money you don't have but they're fun and worth every shard put in, it could even dispense AI etc for fancy rewards.
This isn't a revolutionary idea but its a fun thing you can do while waiting for the reins fight to begin or for someone to trade or while you stand there blankly staring into the void, there'd also be many fun ways to spice up the machine to make playing fun to look at and use. To fit the more Lokan spawn palette possibly an underground shady trader running this machine? A hidden spawn easter egg?, just a few ideas
Could also run with opycs and give them a purpose for a healthy addiction!

This is a cool idea for the server and it is known that there needs to be more types of resource sinks added. I would be down for one of these to be added to the server +1

speaking of places to sit down, remember that bench that was there at Christmas?
people actually used that for being afk and stuff
if there were some benches added to spawn and afk players could sit down it would look a lot more immersive than someone just standing still in the corner.

I like the idea, I would just want to really make sure that this can’t be abused and destroy the economy. Maybe limiting how many times you can play?

If it used Orbs, something that you've invested real money into then I understand the issues that come up from that and the issues it has. The difference here in my opinion at least this isn't real life money, there are no real stakes. There isn't a "cash-out" option, everything spent in this casino is virtual currency anyone can obtain and isn't the end of the world if you put in a few shards and don't get money back out. You can gamble and have fun with virtual currency without suddenly getting addicted to gambling with real money and real stakes.
Possibly adding a daily shard limit could be a way to prevent over-usage and some issues that might end up appearing.

I like the idea of this a fair amount, maybe not with opycs, since I like to abuse my powers to decide how many people have, but aslong as it doesn't use a proper in-game currency that really affects anything, like only being able to convert a few shards per day or whatever, I don't think it would cause any backlashing gambling issues. UWU

Sounds like a fun idea. Certainly, something I can see us messing around with and adding. However, don't expect it in the near future as it won't be crazy high up on the priority list.
