Type /register while in-game to register for a forums account.

Why isn't /report across the hub, pvp servers, and Loka? Currently it is only on Loka, and should be across all the servers.

It's not quite as simple as just adding a command, but is something we would obviously like to do. This is all part of sharding servers and separating some of our plugins.
