Make a command to see the alliance logs like /town a log

It would be nice to be able to see who uses the CP as before in the discord logs also to see who manage alliance dues, titles, perms, etc.

Good feature to implement, alliances have arguments because of a sudden drain in cp or someone stupidly placing and throwing a month, this could help prevent that. +1
