I know there is a lot of text so I decided to make a Table of Contents in case there was a specific part of my appeal that you wanted to go over & what is actually going to be in my appeal.
So before I actually start my appeal there are some things I actually want to talk about that I think are as relevant or in some cases actually more relevant then getting unbanned itself.
(1) First, I would like to clarify a common misconception I was hearing about when I got banned, I heard/saw from various sources that I was banned for hacking. But that is not the case, I was not banned for hacking or any other reason, I was simply re-banned for my original reason, “Exploit Abuse.” which was confirmed by Skuhoo in the official discord. Meaning that any lie/reply that is talking about me being banned for ‘hacking on Loka’ when I got my punishment removed, is not true.
2. I will also take the time to to thank and apologize to the staff members and players of the community, when I first started this server years ago I was welcomed with open arms and treated fairly and I was having a lot of fun, that would have not been possible without the amazing community Loka has and the staff members enforcing it, so thank you to them. I would also like to apologize to them. At that time, I did not realize the seriousness or how far I would actually go but I was actually intentionally trying to mess up their community essentially by alting and even going as far back as to duping which I deeply apologize for, I acted very immature and got the fair punishment.
3. Next thing I would like to clarify is my alts as that is the main reason why I am here still appealing and not allowed to play the server. Let me start off by saying I am sorry for trying to manipulate them with my first and second appeals, as I said in the third one it was seriously messed up and very disrespectful. Unfortunately there is no way to go back in time and change what I did, however, I have built from it as a person and since then have communicated with some of my old and new friends that I have met along the way and I hope everyone can understand I am a better and changed person since then with the true intention of playing the server how it is meant to be played, fairly and to have fun. However, my third appeal was different, I kept it very transparent but I had some honest errors that were on my part and have nobody to blame except myself, because of my errors then let me finally attempt to fix what I had started by breaking down every “recent” alt account of mine.
4. Quick Reminder, these dates are gonna be off but should be around the right time. I haven't played in a while and I can not access the server at this time so I could not check when they were actually banned in the first place so take every ban date with a given month or two leeway.
To understand this as much as possible let me give some context in chronological order ,I have appealed three times in the past and one separate time on my alt all linked under this.

SRN7Y - alt I used in May 2023. I think I used it for a week before it got banned, I got banned, made a ticket saying it wasn’t true and that I was a new player that flagged the alting system then opened an appeal, lied and said it wasn’t me then proceeded to be caught in the act.
CHIEFKEEF2024 - alt I used in August of 2023? I think I used it for a month or two. A very active alt of mine was caught with it and lied in one of my appeals then admitted later on.
Sycosis - alt I used I think in October/November 2023? I think I logged on twice both times and played a bunch of ranked games on it and in the process I think I got like top 20 then never logged on again. This alt is integral for further context and is one of the main reasons why my third appeal was flipped from being accepted to denied. Originally, because of the little time I spent on this alt I honestly forgot about it, obviously that is not a valid excuse and my actions should not go unpunished.
5. Slohi
But to understand this section you have to understand a few separate things since it is very confusing so let me digress from the alt and explain those first. When I first got banned everyone knows now that I was alting like crazy but the answer is How? At the time (2022) Loka was very advanced in the VPN system to the point where there were little to zero VPNs that actually worked and if they did work, they would almost stop instantly. This changed however when me and a few alters were able to obtain a VPN that worked essentially every single time on the server, that being Mysterium VPN. The reason why Mysterium was so effective was because it was residential and everyone had access to the same connections but there were 1000s. This prompted me and many others to eventually use it to mass alt. This VPN was game-breaking at the time because no other VPN could bypass Loka so at the time I and many others felt like they were in control so we just spammed the locations and proxies that the VPN had to offer.
If people do not know this already and for the people that did not until now, I did not only alt/play Loka but also the competitive tier list that has lingered around the community and essentially became notorious for it. As a result of becoming infamous for it, one of my friends gave me one of their alts that I later renamed to ‘Slohi.’ I had no intention of playing loka but instead alting the tier list which I was doing till I reached diamond pot. (I have no proof for this since it was in a testing ticket which gets automatically closed but if someone has a screenshot or transcript please lmk, discord is: dnalol.) When I reached diamond pot I defeated my low tier three tester and was asked to fight a high tier three to continue to move up the tierlist where the tester at the time told me to log on to Loka. I did not want to play on loka but had no valid excuse to actually refuse so instead I decided to take matters into my own hands. I logged on to a free VPN with the intention of purposely flagging the system so I did not have to log on to Loka. As I said already, I have no proof but I believe the Loka staff has access to the console. With that information I think they are able to see that I logged on with a basic/generic VPN. Meaning that if I had the intention of trying to log on the server I would have used the usual VPN I had been using for months prior have logged onto Mysterium and bypassed it and joined since I knew it worked and there was no point in making a volatile risk. However even then, if I tried and somehow joined using the same connection as someone else it would connect me to another account which it did not. However at the end of the day, I am forced to accept my punishment and I most likely deserved it for what I did. However, I truly did not have the intention of ruining the server like I did in past precedence.
To summarize: For the account of Slohi, I did not ever join Loka on it but instead “tried to join” but on purpose made myself blocked from joining since I had no intention of harming the server since I knew the consequences prior.
6. At the end of the day, my actions shouldn’t be ignored. Everything I did ranging from alting and lying to getting unbanned, and straight-up disrespect deserved to be brought to light, and I fully accept that. But I also believe I’ve changed since then. I think I have personally grown into a more accepting, self-aware, more honest, and overall more exuberant who wants to do better not just for the sake of getting unbanned, but because I know now what kind of impact my choices had. I’m not trying to act like I’m perfect — I still have things to work on — but I’m confident in the direction I’m headed. I’ve had time to reflect, talk with a variety of people, and I think I have genuinely understood what it is to be a better person and to be accepted into the community once more and If I am I know I will not repeat the past, but to play the game the way it’s meant to be played with the kindness I was shown when I first started the server. Regardless of what happens with this appeal, I’m going to keep trying to be better and will continue changing for the better regardless of the outcome of my appeal.
