I would like to begin by acknowledging and appreciating the Loka Staff and the community of which read this lengthy appeal and hopefully learned something from my experience.
Ban Date : 29th of August estimated
With that out of the way I sit here in a tough place, being accused of a very serious offence however not being provided with enough information to disprove or discuss the accusation further and with proper clarity, I understand it is imperative the victim is safe and is protected from further trauma however I am very tightly limited to the information I have been provided.
I believe fairness and honestly are fundamental when clarifying allegations such as doxxing, without exact information such as where the alleged doxx was shared or the time period of which it happened (I was told within six months prior to my ban however this timespan is very broad) It is very difficult/impossible to provide a reasonable defense.
I request that staff provide even slightly more details in order for me to provide a more accurate defense with further transparency.
If you didn't notice, this appeal is written almost EXACTLY to the last couple minutes after a response to my last appeal, exactly 90 days from October 25th 6:08am AEST 2024.
It took my original appeal a little over two months to be responded to bringing the date of this appeal to be nearly six months since my ban.
I understand my insensitivity for time can come off as impatient however I am entering a difficult and strenuous period of my life where I am extremely focused on school. I work over thirty hours a week and am entering school again on the 29th of January AEST. I intend to commit myself fully to my studies and if all goes well their will be time periods within the year where I have free time and I would like to spend that time on loka.
I have been balancing real life family issues, school, gym and work which have placed me in a tough area. I genuinely want to play with my friends a little bit more before I commit myself to a dragging school year. That being said I understand my circumstances do not excuse my behaviour and I take responsibility for my actions post ban towards people I have messaged concerning my ban.
Seems to be aware of the alleged incident regarding doxxing.
I understand completely doxxing is doxxing regardless of the scale or intent I simply request this context can be taken into account when evaluating the offense and situation and understand I truly do not mean to downplay the harms and dangers of doxxing.
In addition to this I would like to clarify my understandings for LokaMC’s ruleset and reiterate I have not attempted to alt or ban evade and have zero history of punishment in the past other then a super small offence calling somebody fat which I am unsure is even a formal warning.
Concluding this section I would like to apologise formally to the Loka Staff, Magpieman and Cryptite for anybody I have disturbed regarding this situation, in the past I struggled with emotional regulation and was insensitive and extremely set towards proving my innocence I disregarded others,I formally am sincerely sorry.
Moreover I have used the time I have been banned to focus on my personal goals and emotional growth regarding weightlifting, extensive studying and contributing to other communities within minecraft such as Oceanias, an AU based minecraft server where I served as staff and handled countless appeals and punishments.
This experience as staff and my real life progression has allowed me to reinforce my values and ethics online and real life.
I believe that the one comment response to an appeal regarding this severe of a situation may not be ideal for discussing and I would be open to a private voicecall or group chat/screenshare in order to discuss this situation live or any method Loka staff find appropriate. I am truly committed to working with the staff team and am willing to provide whatever information to prove my innocence I am eager to rebuild trust within the community and clear my name and begin to contribute positively to the community again.
I have read through over seventy pages of Loka appeals to form the best possible appeal and I would like to reiterate any information I have left out is likely not intentional and just my memory being my memory.
I have worked with many many perspectives, some people told me it was over, to fake admit and just wait two years to appeal, others have told me I have a solid chance and that nobody actually believes I doxxed anybody, these discrepant ideologies and perspectives have left me confused however firm on my stance that “aliitsme—
I believe the truth will come out, I know that the staff team is ultimately fair and will work with me to the best of their efforts to determine whats best for the community.
I hope my very researched and efforted appeal can provide some context to my situation and allow my true character to be shown. I beg the situation to be reinvestigated and to be unbanned so I can play with my friends once again on a server of which I was a member for not as long a time as I would have liked to be.

-My perspective and reason for urgency.

-Damages caused and apologies.
Despite me personally not seeing evidence of the victim being harmed or harassment from the doxxing I understand the potentiality of such an incident that could have on the victim and the community. Based on the information provided to me and the extensive research I have undertaken I have located little to no harassment or negative impact to the alleged victim as nobody/majority (I cannot entirely claim nobody as I have addressed a large population of the community not it's entirety)Seems to be aware of the alleged incident regarding doxxing.

-What I learned from this experience.
Despite the fact I am fully aware I did not doxx anybody I still learnt alot from this experience, it taught me the importance of accountability and keeping emotions in check and the impact my actions have on others. I have also learnt that intentions isn't enough sometimes and that my behaviour speaks louder than words. I am constantly applying and utilising this learning experience in real life and online,I hope my very researched and efforted appeal can provide some context to my situation and allow my true character to be shown. I beg the situation to be reinvestigated and to be unbanned so I can play with my friends once again on a server of which I was a member for not as long a time as I would have liked to be.
-What I cut out.
When writing this appeal I found it difficult to keep it concise whilst simultaneously maintaining all the required information, previous renditions of this appeal included further details regarding evidence manipulation however I determined those details to be irrelevant as Loka staff would evidently have more experience with handling evidence then I do.
I also went a bit lighter on the entire apparent/visible harm = dox is less important as I realise how insanely defensive I sound and how despite my intentions it looks like I am trying to downplay the situation.

"Aliitsme, for the year and a half that I have known him, has displayed only the highest level of non-confrontation and positive behavior toward me. I cannot speak for other's experiences with him, but I have no reason to believe he would ever do something as cruel and damaging to a person as doxxing, and it's even harder for me to believe that he would forget about doing it, given how much weight an action like that carries. I was originally going to make a more concise recap at the end however I believe reading the entire appeal is neccersary to understand the context fully.
That aside I would like to truly thank the Loka community for all the fun I have had and hope to see you on loka very very very soon.
