a command that would let people with the given permission be able to send a message with a different coloured text so people who are fighting and arent in a call can read and know whats happening during the fight, (Shot caller command)

+1 amazing idea, in alliances, some towns like to just be on their own in a couple person vc away from the chaos of an entire alliance vc, and something with bigger font and different colors would be better to communicate with them

I would almost pare it down further as just a /shout command that maybe? only inherently works in BZ's. Not sure how I feel about remote shotcallers that aren't even in the fight, but I suppose it might make sense.

Perhaps there's a bigger conversation to be had about just emphasized chats in many channels like Town as well as Alliance, etc.

could do it like the /shout would only be in the radius of your local chat maybe?
