Suggestion Alliance/Town Broadcast

We all know the pain of making recruits listen. You might have recruit spamming chat with "how do I warp?" after it's been answered 75,000 times, and still not understand. Or they could be saying "who is on my team", not knowing which color is which. The main issue is, there isn't really a way for recruits who don't use external systems like Discord to really see important information.

What is usually done, is you'll have the main alliance leaders spam chat over and over and pray that the recruits actually look at chat, or they'll spam ping people in a discord hoping that the recruits join the discord, or actually read it. 99% of the time, they don't have the intellectual capacity to actually read what is being said. This is incredibly problematic, as it makes it significantly more difficult for alliances and towns to organize properly without recruits completely throwing. It also means that recruits with room temperature IQ (most of them) won't know what is going on, or frequently asked questions like, "How do I warp?" "What do I do in wars?" "How do I get to town?" can't be answered effectively.

The Solution:
Add a Town and Alliance broadcast system. What does this do? There's 2 ways it could work.

Option one:
Similar to the global broadcast like when Loka will be doing a planned restart, or when someone pings a radar, it could show up in chat and be easy to notice, so it might grab the attention of recruits. The downside to this, is it actually requires recruits to have a slight understanding of Loka, and know what is a broadcast and isn't. It would DEFINITELY help get them to notice, however some might end up missing it.

Option two:
A more obtrusive broadcast system, that could show up on their screen, like when you're standing at a beacon to warp, and it counts down on your screen. Anyone who somehow doesn't see this probably would have too much difficulty even installing the game, so it's most likely NO ONE will ignore it. The problem with this is it could be too obtrusive, and might blocks alliance members screens. Obviously to avoid this, it should be an alliance permission like managing fighters for Rivina or Reins. There should also be a cooldown for it (obviously) to prevent flooding your screen.

Preventing Abuse:
For towns and such, perms should only be given to subowners and such. This way town issues with it can be handled at the discretion of the town owner, and no one is gonna just join and start flooding your screen/chat.

Another thing you can do is give a global or player cooldown on it. For global cooldown, it would be like the alliance/town can only use it once ever 30 seconds or something. For player side cooldown, everyone gets their own individual cooldown, this could definitely be abused if people wanted to spam it and grief for some reason.

Finally, if this would be implemented in alliances, allow the alliance owner to give it to select towns, like Rivi/Reins management.

Counterclaims:
"It's the town's and alliances responsibility to control their recruits"
While this is definitely true, this just gives them another option to help reach them, without messages being flooded out or overlooked, ESPECIALLY in large alliances.

"It's not necessary!"
When trying to handle like 70+ recruits at once, and get them all to be on the same page, it DEFINITELY is, because a majority forget to turn on their brains when logging on Loka.

"Can't this be abused or used to grief?"
Yes it could, but this is true for a lot of things already in place like Rivina management where someone might spam kick people trying to warp to grief, and this is a lot more harmless.

"I feel like disagreeing just because I can"
Bruh.

CONCLUSION:
PLEASE UPVOTE THIS SO IT COULD BE IMPLEMENTED IT WOULD BENEFIT EVERYONE.

+1 really good idea I have no clue why people think that skill is involved if the recruits just do not listen or pay attention to you. Most recruits just do not care enough to actually pay attention to the discord channels or pings so this would actually help.

-1 im disagreeing just because its funny

But honestly adding a broadcast system legit wont do anything because recruits wont magically gain the ability to read if they havent done that in the first place. Most recruits kill the golems cuz theyre trying to kill someone and it gets in the way because they do damage/reset momentum while youre chasing someone

I can see concerns with this being a feature of town/alliance channels which is why I agreed with the other similar suggestion that this could be more a feature specific to Battle Zones, or at least at any time when the alliance is in conflict and has an active attack going, rather than something you could always spam with all day in normal alliance chat.

Emphasized chat text colors combined with perhaps a BZ/Fight-specific shotcalling shout feature could suffice I think.
