No Plans to Implement Allow Prismarine blocks to be crafted with power shards

I think it would be better to put an NPC in spawn that allows you to buy prismarine. There is no reason that such a good building block should be restricted from the community and I think the easiest fix would be adding an NPC on the docks. You could also give the NPC an ocean theme that could connect to the future ocean update. Pls staff i want to build too
You can actually buy industry buffs using CP that give you prismarine now my guy. They're very epic. You can get up to 960 prismarine shards per month or 384 crystals per month.
Adding an NPC at spawn isn't really a good idea. The reason why you cannot buy anything (but ancient ingots) from NPCs is because the economy should be as detached from fixed prices as possible. You do make a good point about prismarine being quite restricted though. It no doubt should be an expensive building resource, however right now I think it is too expensive and should probably be cheaper, but with the new industry buff it helps immensely.

we did the math and it would take us around a year to get a shulker of prismarine. so no its not very epic, also it costs 80 cp so i cant even afford it most days
I could see these being buffed, but I still think that prismarine should remain a rarity in the world and it's also worth noting you can buy spend it 12 times per month so it costing 80 CP doesn't mean much if you can only get it every other day.
