Suggestion Allow shulkers/echests to be placed and destroyed closer to tgens/inhibs

Having your tgen or inhib right on the edge of a cliff can make for interesting combat, especially when it comes to getting/denying charges, but having to drop down 100 blocks to refill and then have to pearl back up slowly is more frustrating than anything.

There's 3 cheese strats I can think of that would need ironed out:
- suffocating your own iron golems when they spawn to deny charges
- blocking lamps
- making an expensive but effectively close wall to your conquest building
and while the first two are solved by restricting shulker/echest placement to just outside of iron golem spawn range the third might need a more complicated solution like limiting the amount of shulkers and echests in a wider proximity. If you have any suggestions for a fix on the third cheese post them!

I wouldn't mind the range being shortened, but I think it's good that it forces newer players to move further out from the action to re-shulker so they don't get killed a few blocks away while inside the shulker.

i would be for this but at the same time i think being within your modules and repotting is too oP! so -1

its nice the way it is
