Suggestion Allow Stone Generation Within Towns

I believe that stone generators should be re-enabled within towns, or at least given a zone tag to allow them. I would like to begin automatically collecting stone for building as I have begun to run out, additionally, I believe it would be productive to have to create cobblestone for those of us who use silk touch.
