It's annoying when you think you can fly somewhere because you're aligned friendly, then you realise the foreign town has marked you neutral in their territory.
Knowing a foreign towns stance on you seems pretty important and that's why you should know if someone doesn't return a friendly alignment or changes their alignment due to conquest etc.
My way of trying to keep it simple would be just having the Friendly appear in a yellow. Displaying the fact you've marked someone as friendly but they still have you down as neutral.
Alternatively, you could use a blue Friendly with a semi-circle C or circle O to show off whether you've marked each other as friendly or not. (tho I'm still a fan of the first option)
