Hello Loka Community, I am Alzxdnr and I was banned on the 26th of December for bullying/harassment.
I was banned back in December of 2023 because I told 404Lucas, a well known member of the Loka community, to commit a certain action upon himself, as well as using an overall racist and homophobic vocabulary when talking with him. To further elaborate on what I said, I basically told Lucas to enact what one of his favourite rappers had done. The thing is, this rapper is deceased. Yes, In a fit of immature baby rage, I really did use someone's death to insult someone over a block game, knowing very well that the person I was insulting was an avid fan of the aforementioned rapper. Lucas even tried giving me an easy way out of being banned, by apologizing, but instead my ego got the best of me and, in an extremely immature decision I have regretted ever since, I doubled down on what I said.
This incident wasn't isolated, either. I had been warned on multiple occasions for my toxic behaviour, in chat and vcs alike, even getting muted a few weeks prior to my ban.
The few days following my ban made me quickly realize the gravity of what I had done, and how many chances to change I had wasted. I had to completely discard my toxic self, and fast. I did my utmost best to apologize to the people I had wronged. I have done my best to stop my usage of derogatory words, even when I get heated. Above all else, I have learnt how to take a step back from the game, ensuring I stop getting overly angry and toxic over what happens online.
Over the 6 months I have spent banned, I have had the time to reflect on how I acted towards others within the community. My actions were unjustifiable. I have since had the time to make amends with those I was at odds with, to ensure we all have a fresh start. I really believe that I have changed for the better, and hope the friends I have made, and those that knew the previous me will be able to see my evolution.
