Listen to start of i was asking the guy why he was accusing me of hacking and why i got frozen. Now dispite me speaking to him kindly he didnt really explain to me the proper steps at all. I asked him to join a voice call with me so i can see what hes going through in my files. Not once did he even explain to me that i could see it the entire time. I kept asking him over and over again and i even made a ticket in the discord. He kept saying i was taking to long and stalling when i was repeatedly asking him. He then false banned me before i even got the chance to screenshare and i said i would do it if he joined a call with me. He kept on saying over and over again the same script i believe the whole situation was handled unprofessional in my opinion and i also expressed to him that i have videos + recording of my fights with mcwetpaper and i dont understand why he thought i was hacking but i know i can prove myself so please help.
Edit note: I have never used any desk before i only know it allows user to access all and everything on your computer and he didnt even once explain to me i could see what he was doing im new and unexperienced to being screenshared as its never happened to me before.
