Hello, I would like to make my appeal to the ban by xray. I am very sorry to see that type of method used to have items faster. I apologize and I hope that instead of being permanent the ban is for a certain time and if that is not the case I will understand

Due to the fact it was your only offence and you did not gain a huge advantage when you xrayed, mining a relatively low number of diamonds, we are willing to lift the ban in 10 weeks' time.

We have since revoked the unban and changed the original decision after further information came to light. When we originally responded, we missed that 3 months ago you attempted to ban evade on the account 7Rinn. You opened a ticket with this account trying to pretend to be a new player and claim that you were falsely being blocked. While you never got to log into Loka on this alt it was clearly an attempt to ban evade and lie to staff so the perma ban remains.
