Suggestion balak double placing

hello.

so on the balak when an alliance is in a balak war you cannot place continent on them (crypt coded real feature)

however. if an alliance has a continent war you can place balak on them which creates the exact same scenario that crypt coded real feature is meant to prevent.

me think this should be fix.

This is a tough one because basically this means any rando continent town (small, even) could place on you on continent to block you placing on Balak. The only way this could probably work is if Balak placing terminated an existing continent fight and you can probably also see why that is also broken.

This is very much deliberate and has been discussed at length with LCRs. If you have a better solution we are all ears, but this is the best we got for now.

i can see how this can end up an issue. somethings that could be done would be to make it so that instead of completely preventing a place on balak, it only forces you to place after a set time. so if an alliance has a continent fight in 60m, you would have to wait 20m (for example) before you can place balak on them. this is still abusable and i cant really think of a perfect system but i think its worth noting alliances can also abuse balak (or make pacts with other weaker alliances on balak) to place on them and make them safe for an hour. i think these should just be treated as forms of wintrading but the idea where it forces you to place after a set time period (to give people a chance to finish their fight and warp to the balak one) is the best one ive heard

maybe if placing balak on someone that has a continent fight makes the balak fight timer like 1h 30m not 1h so they have time to finish the continent fight
