Hello Loka today I am writing this appeal because I just got banned from Loka for being an "Alt account"
Around 1-2 months ago I wanted to play Loka for the first time because I saw people talk about a server called Lokamc and i decided to look it up on youtube and some pretty cool videos popped up. When I tried to join the serverI got surprised by a ban screen saying I was perma banned for being an alt account which was more than 2 years old even tho I had never logged on to Loka before. I made a ticket in the Loka discord because I didn't really understand it and they told me my account has been used to log in. I am 100% sure I have never played Loka before or used my account to log in myself. I told the Loka staff and they told me to buy a new account that was fresh and never joined Loka before. I did this and started playing for the first time around 2-3 weeks ago. Not even about a week in I got screenshared for "suspicious activity" by Kxph he told me I was good to go after he used anydesk to check my pc. After that I got banned for being an alt account I made a new ticket where I explained that I bought a new account as i was told to by the staff member that replied in my first ticket this was the reason i had the same ip as a banned player (my main account which was used without me knowing it), I got unbanned after I explained what happened. But now I got banned again for being an alt account and I got told in a ticket to make a forum appeal and then he closed the ticket i didnt really understand what he meant so i asked a staff member in private messages and he helped my by creating this account and telling me where i could post an appeal so thats what im doing.
