Implemented Ban NA players from using Eu loka

If its possible range ban NA players from using eu.loka the fact im able to LEGALLY spike my MS to 260 from 70 is absurd, This will just increase the numbers of false positives and cheaters due to lag being so hard to detect under high ms

Maybe range ban NA players from eu loka and then range ban EU players from NA loka?

This opens a lot of stuff, you've essentially got to set arbitrary boundaries on which proxy someone can join.
