I think it will be amazing if Yellow Combat in Resource Isle since they added Yellow Combat in Nether so you can get shrines it will be cool if they added yellow combat

+1 If you agree with me

-1. The yellow tag would be annoying. People would constantly be mining at times they wouldn't before, a bunch of mobs would spawn so that'd be even more annoying and since there's no risk of dying like nether it'd be camped constantly and checked daily for pvp.

-1 For many reasons already stated, but also it’s good to have a variety of PvP zones otherwise wilds combat would feel stale.

I think for something like the nether this makes sense. It's supposed to be a lower risk zone to promote people going there without being worried about losing their items. The resource island should not promote people going. There should be a cap on how many ores/shards you can get as this is the currency that drives the server, not just a brewing material which drives conquest. I think in the future there could be a really bad version of the RI that does this, but personally I don't see the need to do this anyways as RI ganks are rare if you don't go with anyone else.

It's also worth noting that the Nether yellow tag isn't permanent so chances are once the nether updates there will be non yellow tagged areas.

Anyhows, genuinely if the idea of yellow tag zones are for new or inexperienced players to have a safer way of getting resources and such, it only makes sense.

Me and sigma were thinking about this about a week ago, and from my POV it made sense for an RI to be a yellow tag for noobs etc, maybe a specific RI yellow, like ascalon (Pretty easy to get to and move around) but yeah that's my stance !! !

Yeah I would agree, I just don't think the current RIs would be worth making different tags. I think a better option would be for new RIs or new areas in the RI (Loka cave update!!????) that could have different tags.
