since alot of town members fight and lose their stuff and enemies can be red tagged if they came to the town

+1 all my town members are braindead. Just make it so when a town member tags each other its yellow and not nothing or KoD.

This is actually something we discussed with the LCR's this week. However in the end we felt it was a bad idea. Making it a straight yellow wilderness is a big nerf to raiding and eliminates any danger while in town. The alternative was to make it a yellow wilderness to town members only but not outsiders, but in practice that just doesn't work (having PVP zones different per player opens a can of worms both design and code-wise) and is incredibly confusing as a player.
