elaborate because its not smart to own like every x biome tile when you can just own more than everyone else in that biome

There's a 30 territory limit currently. Limiting them per biome would be silly considering how it undermines the biome control system.

There are already several limits. Some self-imposed

1. Your Alliance Leaders don't need to conquer all the tiles to conquer the biome. They just need to conquer one more than everyone else.

2. There is a hard limit for territory control, which is 30

3. There already is a biome control limit. It's the max number of tiles that that biome is in. For example let's say 15 plain tile max, well, you can't conquer more than 15
