Bobby is mod that caches chunks, and displays them once those chunks would normally be out of view of the player.
This mod makes it very easy to render entire towns, and the surroundings. This is useful for overall more immersive gameplay, since you can see the entire town. Rather than half of it being unloaded void. It also makes it very easy to get screenshots of an entire town in one picture.
It is updated regularly, and is safe to use.
The only slight downside is that there are a few chunk errors, with some chunks not loading properly every once in a while, which just requires you to go near that chunk to fix the error. I would expect this issue to be fixed soon. (This might just be an issue with my internet, however.)
