No Plans to Implement Bring Back Staff Capital Promotions

Capital Promotions may be one of the best events the Loka ever had, I don't really understand why it was removed, the excitement and feeling of the promotion may be one of the best feelings the Loka has given me, I mean, it was a lot of fun. Currently, promotions are being randomly at the half of the month and PERSONALLY, for my promotion, I'd rather wait for the end of the month for just capital promotion to happen. Bring dat back please.

Because staff decisions should take more time to think about. Slicers aren't as important, therefore it stayed. But staff are actually sponsored figures in the community.

We intentionally stopped doing this because, while celebrating certain promotions was definitely exciting, the other half of the event also "celebrated" who was rejected a promotion. This led to just as much jeering in public chat for the rejected applicants as it did praise for the promoted.

It also buys us additional time to review applicants or discuss things with them in DMs rather than feel like we have to rush it at the end of every month usually at the last minute.
