Buying Sand/Glass

So I have a slight problem in that I really need sand/glass but there are no deserts near my town ;_; as such I'm willing to pay 7 iron per stack of sand, and 9 iron per stack of glass if anyone would be so kind as to put sand/glass into the market since nobody is selling any right now.

I don't believe you can sell glass / sand at the market.

You can sell both on the market.

Glass can be sold in the -Misc- chest.
