Suggestion C LIST UPDATE

When your tile is under attack you are able to remotely change your modules with /c list. I think it would be nice if you could just change your modules with /c list remotely even if the tile isn't under attack. At the very least you should be able to view which modules the tile actually has along with the radar module.
