I discussed this with Magpie several days ago and he was for the idea, but I don't know if the suggestion made it beyond that conversation. The idea is that you can place these plants anywhere in the world (regular vanilla logic applies) for decoration, but they only grow in their native biomes. This is especially needed for cacti as they are an important component in a number of machines.
