Here's the dilemma. Currently, Capital is earned merely by successful Conquest play. This really awards the rich and pvp-capable. We're not going to delve into what we're thinking yet, but we thought we'd open up a thread for you guys to throw some ideas out there.
We want earning Capital to be a measure of successes on multiple fronts, PvE, Economy/Trade, War, etc. Knowing that baseline idea, what do you think earning Capital should entail?
