Make capitals day a few hours earlier (5-6 pm EST for example), because it's been at 8pm EST so far but this time for EU people is 2 am or for Turkish people is 3 am.
I don't want to imagine Asian time.
This might be implemented next month.

We're gonna move caps and truce drop up by 2 hours, so cap at 6pm server, truce drop on wednesday at 2pm server.

I think 3 pm est would be better for truce drop a lot of the server is NA and most people wouldnt be out of school/work at 2 pm est on a weekday
