hello loka my name is carbifyy and im here today to appeal my guide chat mute

Appeal:
I was muted some time last year for reasons i still don't know, my best guess is that i was having a conversation or trolling in the chat. throughout the time I've been muted i still try to help people that ask questions in guide chat as i am quite knowledgeable on the server however my responses are stuck in normal chat, sometimes leading to the help i offer ignored. i understand that guide chat needs to be kept only guidance and i will not misuse it if i get unmuted. i feel that no longer deserve to be muted in guide as i am understand the purpose of the chat and am just trying to help those in need.
