ChuckToast64 For Slicer!

ChuckToast64 is a very active player and has been on Loka for several months I believe. He owns the town Atlas and from what I understand is very active.

Also he buys my dirt in the Market.

He's pretty active and hasn't had any troubles with the rules but he doesn't talk much in public chat
Either way... I think he's ready for slicer +1

He's very active. Unlike mop, who I see perhaps once every couple of months, I'd say I've seen chuck on almost every day since before the war started between Gallente and Special. He also has his own town, Atlas, which at one time had around three or four active members and has been increasingly relevant to server politics of late.

He seems very polite, even towards me, and I raided him after he allied with Avarice and FKA. Now he's decidedly neutral and determined to see his town thrive. Basically he has all the qualities we look for in a slicer, no more no less.

Who, him or you? I see him on a lot but he just doesn't talk all that much! When I see his name for some reason he still strikes me as being a new player, rather than someone I'm familiar with. Hasn't been around too long either. Give it a couple months and I think I'd support him more readily.

I gotta agree, I asked him when he joined and he said mid summer. He's definitely active, but still got dat new guy feel. Realistically by the time the next set of promotions come out he should be good to become slicer.
