Does this include Skype? Since it isn't apart of Loka.

I would personally assume so. I believe this rule is there to stop people from breaking the town betrayal rule.

It's there fault for being gullible. I once was like that. Back to what I was saying, Skype has nothing to do with Loka, if the person gets on, open the town for me, you can't just assume I asked him/her to open it without proof. A noob could think that I'm apart of their town and just let me in.

Obviously the burden of proof is difficult here but we would not say it's "ok if you do it on Skype". The intent is there regardless of the medium. We don't want people betraying their towns in this way simply because it destroys towns from the inside out.
