No Plans to Implement Coalition Mini Policy

This was part of the original plan for Coalitions, however, we removed it before release due to cheese potential. On paper, it seemed like a great idea but when we started to look at the finer details and possible scenarios it would bring up we found all it would do is promote proxy towns popping up every month. One of the big two alliances could stage an attack on the third continent by setting up a small proxy and winning Rivina that month. Then they could freely move members between the two continents while both towns could team up on Balak. This would allow them to win two continents and set up another proxy to take Rivina, rinse and repeat. This would also make Rivina less accessible for smaller/newer towns. There are a few other cheese type issues it brought up, but I won't detail them all to keep the post short and to the point.

Wouldn't allowing only two alliances to from a coalition prevent this? I mean technically all three caps can from one and then Balak would be useless/uneventful. I think that this would allow a smaller alliance to help a bigger one with more members without having to leave their home continent.

Short answer no, it would still create a proxy meta.
