Listen up, folks!
Straight to the point, conquest is stale, especially on Balak. I don't see a problem with the actual fights, however the system needs a change.
In my opinion, the current system only promotes 1 or 2 alliances per continent due to there being no reason to make a 3rd alliance if you already know that you're not beating the 2 bigger ones.
The Balak situation is even worse. It's basically like this,
Case 1: 2 huge alliances fighting each other resulting in there only being 2 sides on the whole server, leading to even fewer alliances and different kinds of pvp.
Case 2: 1 alliance (winner alliance from case 1) has predominate control of Balak for the entire month because there is no other big enough alliance to contest it, due to there being more alliances on a continent fighting each other (Losing alliance from Case 1).
This endless cycle is what needs to change.
Suggestion:
I think there should be rewards for 2nd and 3rd alliances so alliances don't give up as easily, it would also reward smaller alliances which already know winning is not an option. It doesn't have to be anything game-changing, just a small reward for not giving up. And then Balak, It could be something similar but I don't really know at the moment.
Edit: Instead of giving out rewards the loser alliance in 2nd place could get a specific building called "Biome generator" and it would make a specific biome (presumably the biome that the alliance owner's town is in) like a mini balak. Before you attack the Biome generator, you must take all the surrounding tiles. You would not be able to call reins on the actual Biome Generator tile and as a twist, there would be capture zones that the enemy teams would need to take before taking on the Tgen. (idk just a thought, would need some more thinking, it's just an example)
Also after thinking about this, I remembered that the rewards for continents and balak also need some changing. The policies are too few and not that rewarding. The winner of Balak should also get some more say on the server. (Ik, just a thought with no example)

well yes there are 5 alliances on Kalros but it's just penguin friendship vs wolf team, cat kingdom vs potato force and also vinovia which idk what they're doing
