Suggestion Custom Loka+ textures on lored weapons

As an added bonus for all those hard earned orbs spent on putting lore scrolls on weapons/tools, I think they should get a custom Loka+ texture.
I think this should be for weapons, tools and armour, and maybe even elytras and sheilds.
This would allow players on and off the battlefield to see if you are wearing or wielding lored items.

To add variation, Players could be able to chose the kind of colour they want the sword hilt to be.
Otherwise, the shape of the blade could be dependent on continent the player is from, for example, a Garaman player might get a sword which looks more like a diamond version of the Garaman starter sword.
..Or maybe imbued tools could look like the continent they're from
Even if there's no variation, I would like to see different textures for imbued tools anyway.

Loka+ is not an not an official texture pack, its a seperate pack made by Skuhoo, I believe you can make your own personal textures for a lored sword, though

I'd say it's semi official. I could maybe see the addition of a custom textured version of each lored tool/weapon. All the lored swords would have the same texture for example, but different from a vanilla sword. I can't see a way for us to make them the continent specific.

Loka+ is a pack designed to go on top of players' other packs and isn't meant to replace any non Loka-specific textures. Lots of players use pvp packs that change the size/look of swords and I wouldn't want to mess with that. The most I'd do is add some sort of special overlay texture for lored weapons that changes the hilt or glint of the sword. Last time I looked into it their was a bug with CITs that prevented that, though.

CITS do work for your own person so if you make your own CIT pack you can have a special sword just for yourself!

Ok so you can use nbt data to add a custom texture.

If someone wants to make a pack that changes their sword texture they can. I added my now retired sword's texture to my pack as an easter egg that only affects me. Due to Loka's NBT obfuscation a pack that adds CITs for swords isn't even visible to anyone other than the player holding the sword.

Like I said in my other reply, I don't want to add CITs that change the base texture of items that aren't specific to Loka.
