Hello Lokans, my name is Dae_. I was banned 541 days ago on the 8th of June 2023 for Harassment & Hate Speech. I have previously appealed twice -

I'd like to begin this appeal with an apology. Within both of my prior appeals, evidence has come to light and gotten it denied - while I'm not aware of who it was said to last time, or what I said, I understand the belief shared that I had not changed and respect Loka staff's opinion to protect their community. Because of this however, I would like to take this opportunity first and foremost to apologise to that player and anyone else who feels hurt by what I've said in the past. While I've said this before in prior appeals, I have attempted to prove this recently in particular by acting as staff within the Pot PvP Tierlist. I have spent many hours as Moderator, and Regulator putting time into the Pot community and trying to support its growth while removing as many rule-breakers as possible to protect the community from anyone who ruins the experience for others. I understand the reluctancy to believe that I have changed, but I have attempted to display it as much as I can throughout my time as staff, aswell as working with other 1.9+ communities to help support them create the same fun environment for their players.
As I've written a lot in prior appeals, I don't want to repeat useless information that will just seem meaningless and words that seem empty. I hope every player understands the genuine remorse I have for the things I used to say and for the way I used to act. A lot of bridges I used to think were burnt have been rebuilt and I've become friends with many players who, quite truthfully, hated my guts when I played. I think this goes as a testimony to show how much I have changed since my ban and while people still may disagree, I am willing to still take the time to show this to anyone who will give me the slimmest of chances and become friends with them.
After almost a year and a half of being banned, I still care deeply about this community and even without playing I can see how much it's evolved in the time I've been gone. I want to leave a mark on Loka's long history with my own builds, play with many of the friends I've made within the past year who I've never played Loka with before and meet the new community as it has drastically changed. Loka took up a lot of time when I was 13-15, and being 17 in less than 30 days I would like another chance to experience the New Loka that I have been distanced from for so long as a matured, older player.
