i was supposed the release this appeal on 08/16/2023 but im releasing it early i think it wont be a huge problem
My history in Loka started on April 12, 2022, when my friend Reaper invited me to play. My first town was Dyshim, but at that time, I didn't like Loka and didn't play much. Later, my friend The_dmiu (_1Only) and I decided to give Loka another try. So, we joined nBoi's town (Veluca) and started playing together. As we played for about a month, we began to enjoy the game.
Unfortunately, on August 16, 2022, I got banned. On that day, I informed nBoi that I hadn't doxxed anyone except avans, but he advised me to open an appeal. However, I didn't have a forum account at that time, so I couldn't file the appeal.
After seven months of being banned, my friends LightAndDqrk and Reaper encouraged me to make an appeal. With LightAndDqrk's help, I managed to get a forum account from Loka Staff and proceeded to open an appeal about an incident involving doxxing Avanss. I had mistakenly believed that I had doxxed him, but he assured me that he didn't report me since we were friends and he didn't take it seriously. I had sent his photo on May 05, 2022, after he deleted our clan server. As we were friends, Avanss didn't report me, but I still opened an appeal about it (a mistake on my part). Magipieman also stated, "You posted the contact details of another Lokan, and we are not aware of who this Avanstide you speak of is. Since he didn't report me and we were friends, I don't think it will be a huge problem."
Ten months after the initial ban, I opened another appeal, thinking that enough time had passed for doxxing. However, Magpieman responded, "We will not be lifting the ban due to not enough time passing considering the severity of the offense. We feel this was even more serious than most due to the fact you posted someone's phone number!" After that, I thoroughly checked all of my DMs and old servers (except the deleted ones) but couldn't find anything related to someone's contact information. I also asked most of my enemies from Loka and other servers if they reported me, but all of them denied knowing anything about my doxxing situation. Since I cannot recall who I doxxed and knowing someone's contact info is highly inappropriate, I sincerely apologize to the person I doxxed, even if they are reading this appeal.
Why I think I should be unbanned:
I believe that one year of waiting is enough for doxxing someone. If possible, a temporary ban of one or two months would be appropriate. However, if the Loka admins still believe that one year is necessary for doxxing someone's number, I hope they will consider lifting the ban.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. I put a lot of effort into it, and I hope that Lokans and Loka admins can find it in their hearts to forgive me, with all due honor.
