Fixed DBR effect gets removed when you log out and log back in

When you throw DBR at someone and they log out and back in the effect disappears please fix it as it is very annoying when ganking out of docks. thank you

Only makes sense if it doesnt make sense im relogging all the time midfight for easy removal of this... too op

+1 sometimes u have to relog to fix ur game not loading chunks for example, but also sometimes u just throw dbr on invises to see them, so it makes no sense for them to be able to just relog and pop invis immediately, instead of waiting the full 4 minutes
