Theres a ton of buffs on Rivina, and they need to be debriefed, because honestly, you make more AI's on Rivina than you can at the mine.
Also the diamond buff produces more diamonds then you get at the mine aswell. Maybe nerf them a little make it fair, you know. Please and thank

With this new RI update it seems unfair, that you can produce diamonds and AI's without having to go mine, WIth us we have to go mining, buy AI's and pay our town taxes. Whats your excuse now?

We have stated numerous times Rivina is going to be changing/reworked in the near future. This includes moving the buffs off it. It will either be implemented for the next conquest cycle or the subsequent one.

mini policies better be debuffed too, aint want them having swift sailing. cuz thats not equal

Rivina will be open to everyone and provide a new resource that will be used for conquest related things, such as radars. We'll do a big write up about it nearer the time, but you can have a chat with some of the LCR's if you'd like further details in the meantime.

We also have plans to put buffs elsewhere, where everyone can access them. There may be limits to how many buffs you can hold at a time etc. This will come a bit further down the line though.
