Dedication vs Quick fun

Minecraft itself requires dedication. The things this server requires is even more dedication.

Even if the game is fun and the plugins crypt makes are epic...

As long as doing anything worthwile requires days upon weeks of dedication to only start having proper fun, it will scare off new and existing players. There are reason minigame servers are fun.

More things should be automated, if you guys want to stay relevant. I can suggest a few, but wanted to hear what You guys think of this.

All of the genuinely new towns I've seen have fallen very quickly. The only ones that last a little longer are the ones that are built by old players who are familiar with loka.
what I'm saying is that there should be more support for new players creating new towns, or more support for them to just stay as nomads for a while.

Well the reason for them dying is lack of dedication, or no actual fun when they join, when you first join its pretty hard to make a new town, but if you take a bit and grind for it, it is worth it.

There should be more ways to get shards without feeling as if you're grinding, or without a fear of being tracked and killed. Something like ruins, random loot and exploration involved.
