Good morning, evening or night to every Lokan reading this! I have made this post to appeal for my ban, apologize to all staff members whose time I took up, through the time that they had to spend to ban me, reading the report, etc… And obviously, to all the people that I have hurt as a consequence of my actions, which for me is the biggest punishment of all, which I pay with my current ban time of 8 months.
It is no mystery that these last, approximate 5 months since I have gotten banned I pretty much “disappeared” from the minecraft pot community, as shown from the warnings that I have gotten recently in the Diamond Pot Tier List community for inactivity, and my overall presence missing from most Minecraft related themes, (Besides a few videos I have posted here and there, for the fun of it).
If I am honest, even if sometimes I have wanted to reconnect with some old friends, I really wasn’t able to since during the recent months I have been a lot busier with my real life responsibilities, connections with people outside the internet, my studies and more… Overall as the kids say it “I touched grass”.
For anybody unaware of the context and reason for my ban, it developed outside of Loka where in a fit of anger I insulted somebody due to an ingame dispute in another server “Crusalis”, which I have to admit, I took far too seriously. (If you are interested in the incident, I go in depth about it in my previous appeal, but I shall not restate it in this one)
I would like to sincerely apologize to anybody I might have hurt verbally or emotionally during my fit of anger at that time. I have previously apologized to anybody I might have offended during my time on Loka, and would like to do so again so I can, if possible, start with a clean slate, and just enjoy my little free time along with my recently unbanned friend group in my cozy town Vendetta.
Even after not showing myself around for a few months in the community, I would sometimes interact with some people I know from it and realized that, above the game, which is also obviously very enjoyable due to the quality of the server, one of the things I personally enjoyed the most was the community and the interactions with it.
It saddens me to realize that the Loka community was one of the things, if not the thing that I enjoyed spending my free time with the most, and looking distantly now that I did nought but hurt it, instead of flourishing in it and making it all the more enjoyable for myself with a sprinkle of competitiveness in it.
I close my appeal thanking everybody that might have read it, and to apologize again for the staff members that have to reread the appeal again, and retake a decision, again.
