De spawned items of value (sets, elyrtas, weapons, shulkers and cores ETC should go to your towns escrow when they despawn in your towns territories just like how they do when they despawn in your town tile.

Maybe for lored items, but the general economy and overall resources are incredibly inflated. There should still be ways to actually lose stuff, and I feel like this would take away from that.
