Hello Lokans, a little over six months ago I was banned for using a Logitech mouse macro in ranked duels. In the time since my ban, I’ve spent time on other 1.9 combat servers, and with this newfound experience, I now understand why macros and other exploits are strictly prohibited and how they can ruin the game for others especially on a version as pristine as this. I am truly sorry for breaking the server’s rules and for the time staff, especially Skuhoo, had to spend on my case. I have since learned from my mistakes and would be grateful for a second chance. I would like to sincerely apologize to the staff and the community of Loka. I realize now that using this macro was not only a violation of the rules, but was also inconsiderate to the effort other players put in to reach a point that I had achieved through cheating, and I apologize to anyone who had their experience disrupted because of my decision. I understand that my ignorance is not an excuse especially for an offense as severe as cheating on a server where the staff and players work together to create a fair environment.
Since my ban I have continued to play 1.9 combat without cheats of any sorts. I continue to talk to the friends I’ve made on loka and duel them to try and hone my skills with them. The feeling of accomplishment that I get when finally being able to beat players like Ughbraces or Landscaper without cheats is amazing. I hope that I can continue to grow my skills through the coming Loka ranked seasons. Following my ban many of my friends have gotten heavily involved in the diamond pot tier list. Through this, they handle many cases of cheating and misconduct and it has really opened my eyes to how frustrating it can be for someone to be cheating and not admit to it. This, in turn, lead to guilt building inside of me due having wasted Skuhoo’s time and not admitting to cheating. I’m extremely remorseful about the situation and would never dream of lying about cheating again. It’s allowed me to grow as a person and really realize the error in my ways. Thank you for considering my appeal, and I apologize once again for my actions.
